Builds that exceed a monthly plan — websites, Shopify stores, headless commerce, analytics stacks, CRM implementations, AI agents — are priced as a fixed unit bundle, quoted up front, and either paid as a one-off project or spread across monthly plans.

Applies to the full technical + content seo audit (12 units). If its roadmap doesn't pay for itself within 90 days, we refund the audit cost.

What exactly is a “unit”?
One unit = €100, roughly one senior specialist hour. Every deliverable has a fixed unit cost, so you know the price before work starts. One unit typically delivers 2–5 hours of expert output — typically 2–5× the output of an hourly agency for the same spend. You never pay for the time agents save.
What’s the smallest engagement you take?
A Foundation plan at €2,000/month (20 units), or a fixed-price project. Builds such as a website or Shopify store are quoted as projects.
Can I mix services within one plan?
Yes. One unit pool covers all nine services, so you can move units to whatever is working. We plan the allocation together during your first sync.
Do I have to know which services I need?
No. “Not sure yet” is a valid answer. A 30-minute call to understand your goals, channels and constraints. Afterwards we send a plan with every deliverable priced in units, or a fixed project quote.
What if I run out of units mid-month?
Add a top-up block: 5 units for €500, one-time. Stack as many as you need. No plan change, no change order, no sales call.
What’s beyond Momentum?
Above 40 units a month we write a custom proposal: multi-brand, multi-market, heavy-build or bespoke AI work, with a tailored unit allocation and deliverable mix.
Is ad spend included in the units?
No. Ad spend is billed by the platforms to your own card. Units cover the work: setup, management, creative and reporting.
Minimum contract length?
None. Month-to-month. Pause, resize or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We earn the next month by delivering the current one.
Who actually does the work?
AI agents do the production work — crawls, drafts, bid adjustments, reports. Richard Gibbons, founder, owns the strategy and reviews and signs off every deliverable before it ships.
