Shopify vs headless — what do you recommend?

Shopify for 80% of stores. It's fast to launch, reliable, and the ecosystem is deep. Go headless (Hydrogen or Next + Commerce Layer) only if you need: unique content patterns, complex PDPs, international strategy beyond Markets, or mobile-app-like experiences. We'll advise honestly — headless is 2–3× the build cost.

Can you migrate without losing SEO?

Yes. Redirect mapping is part of every migration — old URL → new URL, 301 every path, validated in a staging crawl before cutover. We monitor rankings for 30 days post-launch and fix any regressions. Nothing drops through the cracks.

Do you handle Klaviyo / email lifecycle?
